Enrolment Administrator

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our well-established Student Recruitment & External Relations Department on a temporary, hourly paid basis.

 

Working closely with your colleagues in this small, friendly team, you will provide an outstanding student enrolment experience to potential and enrolling students. Successful candidates will have previous experience within an Administrative role, have excellent communication and organisation skills, and a self-assured and professional approach.

 

Full training will be given to the successful applicants, with ongoing mentoring from an experienced manager.

 

This role is ideal for someone with experience in administration with keen attention to detail has an ability to act authentically with different people and situations by remaining positive and showing understanding and empathy. They should live the Bradford College values and place students at the “heart” of everything they do.

 

Applicants should be available on the following dates (various shifts):

 

*       24th August- 1st September

 

Applicants may also have the opportunity to continue with some enrolment work between the following dates, dependent on need:

 

*       2nd September- 30th September

 

Responsibilities include:

 

*       Support the student enrolment process, the dispatch of enrolment information and other priority administration tasks

*       Responsible for the processing of student enrolments across levels and subject areas

*       Responsible for verifying documentation, which could include academic qualifications and DBS checks

*       Input and record all enrolments in line with service level agreements to deliver a responsive, supportive and customer led service

*       Use College based systems (EBS) and processes to input, record and track enrolments

*       Support the Contact Centre/Student Service Teams(inbound /outbound calls) and act as an overflow in peak times/holidays/ sickness etc.

*       Provide high standards of customer service and first class administration

Education & Training

 

*       GCSE Maths 4-9 (Grade C or above)

*       GCSE English  4-9 (Grade C or above)

 

Experience

 

*       Working in a customer service environment

*       Experience of data entry and administration tasks
