Are you a creative and motivated individual looking to kickstart your career in marketing? Join our dynamic Student Recruitment Marketing team as a Marketing Apprentice and gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support the promotion of our college’s courses, events, and brand – helping to inspire the next generation of students through innovative campaigns and digital content.

This is initially a Fixed Term role for a period of 2 years to cover the completion of the apprenticeship.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the delivery of student recruitment campaigns across digital and print channels

  • Support the creation and scheduling of content for social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)

  • Help organise open events, school visits, and college events

  • Work with the design and digital team to develop engaging marketing materials

  • Assist with photography, video, and student storytelling projects

  • Carry out administrative duties related to marketing and recruitment activities

Education & Training

  • GCSE 4 – 9 or equivalent level 2 qualification in Maths or be prepared to pass a test before the interview to demonstrate level 2 ability and then if appointed achieve within an agreed timescale

  • GCSE 4 - 9 or equivalent level 2 qualification in English or be prepared to pass a test before the interview to demonstrate level 2 ability and then if appointed achieve within an agreed timescale

  • Eligible to undertake an apprenticeship program in the UK

Experience

  • A genuine interest in marketing, advertising, and communications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Good attention to detail and a creative mindset
