We have a fantastic opportunity for a creative, motivated and experienced marketing professional to join our exceptional Student Recruitment Marketing team as a Marketing Executive.
This role will support the College’s strategic priorities by leading on the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns that drive learner recruitment across all departments.
Responsibilities include:
Plan, develop and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to promote adult learning, CPD and apprenticeship provision.
Work with curriculum and business development teams to understand priorities, learner profiles, and recruitment goals.
Manage digital and print advertising activity for adult and apprenticeship recruitment.
Support college events, job fairs, employer forums and community outreach initiatives.
Create and maintain campaign calendars, ensuring alignment with key enrolment periods and recruitment targets.
Develop engaging, audience-specific content for websites, social media, email campaigns, flyers, and brochures.
Produce learner and employer case studies to showcase impact and success stories.
Draft copy for external communications including press releases, course spotlights, and employer newsletters.
Support SEO, PPC and paid social activity focused on adult and apprenticeship audiences.
Use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM) to monitor campaign performance and optimise accordingly.
Maintain up-to-date, relevant content on the College website relating to adult and apprenticeship provision.

Education & Training
GCSE 4 – 9 or equivalent level 2 qualification in Maths or be prepared to pass a test before the interview to demonstrate level 2 ability and then if appointed achieve within an agreed timescale
GCSE 4 - 9 or equivalent level 2 qualification in English or be prepared to pass a test before the interview to demonstrate level 2 ability and then if appointed achieve within an agreed timescale
Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field (e.g., CIM, IDM)
Educated to Level 3 or above in a relevant subject (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Media, Business)
Experience
Experience in delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels (including digital and print)
Experience creating and managing social media and website content
Experience working to support recruitment or promotional targets
Experience using content management systems (CMS), email marketing tools or CRM platforms
