  • We offer an enhanced holiday entitlement; for support staff working full time, this is 30 days per year and for teaching staff this is up to 44 days. In addition to this we have 8 efficiency days across the year and time off during all public holidays.

  • We pay above the minimum wage and our salaries are some of the best in the sector. In addition, the Teachers’ Pension Scheme is available for teaching staff and all other staff can join the West Yorkshire Pension Fund. We make a significant contribution to both.

We understand that as an organisation we can make a positive impact on improving our environment, locally and globally and strive to reduce our carbon footprint and further our green agenda. As part of this we invited all our staff to contribute to our Sustainability Action Plan and work in partnership with local organisations and our students to ensure we are ambitious in our targets and accountable for our approach.
